RUSSIAN BLUE CATS
The Russian Blue is classed as a foreign shorthair cat. They are medium sized and fine boned. The Russian is a sophisticated breed with a distinct air of elegance. One of its striking features are their distinct vivid green eyes. Russians have short but dense blue coats which are silver tipped giving the cat a sheen effect.
WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO THEY HAVE?
- This obviously varies from cat to cat but on a whole Russians have a quiet gentle nature. Aggression in the Russian is rare and they are said to wriggle, rather than claw their way out of a tight grip. These are loyal cats that form strong bonds with their owners. Russian’s are laid back, no stress cats and make great pets either in busy households with other pets, or are quite happy on their own with just human company.
